By enrolling in Chiswick boxing’s boxing sessions, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any bookings or attending sessions.
1. Session Enrolment
1.1. Eligibility:
All participants must be aged 16 years or older unless otherwise specified. Those under 18 must have consent from a parent or guardian.
1.2. Medical Clearance:
By participating, you confirm that you are physically able to take part in boxing sessions. If you have any pre-existing medical conditions, you must seek medical clearance before attending.
2. Payment Options
Chiswick boxing offer the following payment options for our boxing classes:
2.1. One-Off Drop-In Sessions:
Participants may attend individual sessions by paying for a single session.
Payment must be made in full before the class starts.
Drop-in sessions are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed without prior booking.
2.2. Block Booking:
Participants may purchase a block of classes (lightweight pack 3 sessions) at a discounted rate.
Block bookings must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
Block booking passes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Classes must be used within the specified time frame (3 weeks from the date of purchase), and any unused sessions will be forfeited.
Block booking sessions must be scheduled in advance, and missed sessions will not be refunded unless canceled in line with the cancellation policy (see below).
2.3. 1-Week Session Pass:
Participants may purchase a 1-week pass, which allows unlimited access to all scheduled classes during the week of validity.
The pass starts from the first day of purchase and expires after 7 consecutive days.
The 1-week pass is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be paused or extended under any circumstances.
2.4 Boxing monthly membership Agreement:
The minimum sign-up period for this membership is 28 days, starting from the date of enrolement.
Membership fees must be paid in full at the time of enrolement.
The Chiswick boxing, boxing monthly membership is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be paused or extended under any circumstances.
As a member, you are entitled to attend scheduled classes offered by Chiswick boxing during your membership period, subject to availability and class capacity.
3. Cancellations and Refund
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class will not be refunded or credited.
Classes missed without 24 hours’ notice will be forfeited and will not be refunded or rescheduled.
Block bookings are non-refundable once purchased. Any cancellations of individual sessions within a block must follow the same 24-hour notice rule.
3.1Boxing monthly Cancellation:
After the initial 28 day period, the membership will automatically renew on a 28 day basis until canceled.
To cancel the membership after the initial 28 day period, cancel via Aquity scheduliung at least 24 hours prior to the desired cancellation date.
No refunds or pro-rated fees will be provided for the remaining membership period if the cancellation request is submitted after the billing cycle.
3.2 1-Week Session Pass:
• No refunds will be given for any unused days or classes within the 1-week period.
• Classes missed during the validity of the 1-week pass cannot be rescheduled or carried forward.
4. Class Attendance and Punctuality
Class Reservations and Attendance:
Class reservations can be made in advance and are subject to availability.
Participants are required to arrive on time for all classes. Late arrivals may not be permitted to join the class, at the instructor’s discretion, and no refunds will be given for latecomers.
It is the member's responsibility to arrive on time for the scheduled class. Late arrivals may result in the forfeiture of the reserved spot to accommodate other participants.
5. Dress Code and Equipment:
Participants must wear appropriate workout attire, including boxing gloves and hand wraps, unless otherwise provided.
6. Assumption of Risk:
Boxing is a physically demanding activity, and participants acknowledge that they take part at their own risk.
The instructor and the gym are not liable for any injuries sustained during the class unless caused by negligence.
7. Property:
Chiswick boxing and instructors are not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal property brought to class.
8. Conduct and Safety
Members are expected to behave in a respectful and considerate manner towards other participants, staff, and the gym premises.
Any misconduct, harassment, or violation of gym policies may result in immediate termination of membership without refund.
9. Health and Safety:
Members must be in good health and physically fit to participate in classes.
It is the member's responsibility to inform the Chiswick boxing staff of any pre-existing medical conditions or injuries that may affect their ability to engage in physical activity.
Members participate in classes at their own risk, and the gym shall not be liable for any injuries, accidents, or medical conditions arising during or as a result of participation.
10. Amendments to Terms
These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. It is the participant’s responsibility to review them regularly.
Chiswick boxing reserves the right to modify, terminate, or suspend the membership agreement or any part thereof, with reasonable notice provided to members.
The gym also reserves the right to refuse or revoke membership at its discretion.
By booking and attending classes, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
